2) What does your institution offer differently from other main stream schools in regards to student discipline?

Head teacher questions:

• As a head teacher do you find parents complacent on the education there children are getting?

• What is your role as a head teacher when it comes to teaching staff how to discipline students?

• Have you seen a change in school education due to bad behaviour?

• Is there a rise of students being kicked out due to bad behaviour at your school? If so why is this?

• Can you blame teachers for not controlling their own class adequately enough?

• Does uniform help control students? Does it make them respect their schools?

• Does uniform create more conflict between other schools?

1) Do you feel behaviour in secondary schools is on a decline? Please explain

2) What methods do you think could be introduced to dramatically halt the deline of bad behaviour within schools?

3) There have been certain interlectuals that constantly refer to old discipline methods as a way of controlling a classroom environment.

Do you think these methods need to be brought back to halt the decline? What are your opinions on this.

4) Within many main stream schools, uniforms are compulsory. Do you see this as having a positive or a negative impact on student behaviour?

Updates

Another institution we rang up to be able to arrange possible interviews from was the 'NASUWT - The Teachers Union' ... we were asked to email them so thyey could pass on the email to some that could help us futher. We emailed them but did not recieve any responses from them at all.

1)In recent years , do you think there has been a decline in student behaviour?

2)According to the BBC, more than 2200 students in England are excluded from school every single school day.

What do you think are the reasons behind these high figures of exclusion?

3)What measures have been implemented in order to prevent further decline in student behaviour in terms of achievement?

4)Do you think that the measures that have been implemented will have a positive effect on student behaviour in terms of achievement?
